De Morgenzon's (the morning sun) slopes rise from about 200m to nearly 400m above sea level and the views embrace Cape Town, Table Mountain, Cape Point, Cape Hangklip, the Hottentots Holland mountains, Helderberg and Simonsberg with the ocean as a backdrop. Baroque music is piped through the vineyards in the belief that the power of music positivey influences the ripening process.

Pale, bright gold with green reflections. Expansive nose blossoming with youth and bursting fresh bouquet on the nose. Heaps of fresh, ripe, sweet fruit in the mouth with jange of brisk acidity. Intense and full of vigour yet still  has the breeding to tone down and develop over a year or two. Enjoy now in xuberance of youth and follow its development over the next few years.
