Remoissenet is one of the most famous names in Burgundy and has the largest cellars of aged Burgundy in the world. It was family owned until 2005 being in the careful hands of Roland Remoissenet but is now managed by Bernard Repolt and winemaker Claudie Jobard who are revitalising this amazing house.

The wine is 100% Chardonnay and is traditionally produced and aged in oak giving it the classical style associated with a wine of this quality. It is balanced and complexed and is of the finest quality with a real melt in the mouth effect and will easily lay down for 10 - 15 years maybe more.
