De Morgenzon's (the morning sun) slopes rise from about 200m to nearly 400m above sea level and the views embrace Cape Town, Table Mountain, Cape Point, Cape Hangklip, the Hottentots Holland mountains, Helderberg and Simonsberg with the ocean as a backdrop. Baroque music is piped through the vineyards in the belief that the power of music positivey influences the ripening process.

 Tasting note: 

  Layers of pineapple, vanilla and quince on the nose. This flavour follows through to the palate culminating in tropical fruit salad, with crisp acidity and perfectly in balance. The lingering aftertaste is that of honeybush, grapefruit and a hint of ginger.
