Michel Torino Wines from the vineyards of Salta, Cafayate.Vines are grown in a sunny but cool condition for 350 days of the year. Their vineyards have been certified organic as from 2006 but only four wines as bottled and sold as organic.

This wine is fermented in american oak barrels for 6 months.This gives the wine good weight  with tastings of lime fruit and a lingering finish.
